We all have to eat to live, right? But, not eating properly can do just as much harm as if you are starving yourself to lose weight. This is not a good way to healthy weight loss . Most people who are naturally thin are because of genetics. Mostly due to a higher metabolism rate than others. Does this mean they are healthier just because they are thin? Don’t always. Many thin people also suffer from high cholesterol levels, diabetes, and other ailments much the same as those who are overweight.
